WAYS TO GIVE TO WIAR:

There are many ways to support Western Illinois Animal Rescue! Below highlights several examples, but please reach out to WIAR to discuss opportunities which interest you. All contributions are tax deductible.

Monetary Donations

Donations of any amount help us address our most pressing needs. We can also assist in setting up recurring donations to provide us with a steady stream of support and is a convenient way to make a lasting impact. Also, consider making a tribute donation as a gift or to celebrate a special occasion. Online donations can be made via PayPal at the Donate button above or sent via Venmo to @insert Venmo account. Donations can also be mailed or brough to WIAR at 300 W Harlem Ave, Suite 5 Monmouth, IL 61462. Our Facebook page has a reminder and link to donate $5 on the 5th of every month.

Memorial Contributions

Supporting WIAR is a considerate way to honor the life of a loved one. A special thank you to families for choosing WIAR to memorialize their loved ones. A list of memorials can be viewed here.

Planned Giving

Sponsor-A-Cage

Your sponsorship will help us to provide food, water, veterinary care, and other essential services to the animals in our care. Your support includes a plaque with your name or the name of your loved one displayed on the cage for the duration of your sponsorship. A registration form is available here.

Memorial Garden

Established in 2020, the Memorial Garden includes engraved bricks placed around the border of our garden. These can be purchased to honor loved ones, pets, or yourself. Each 8"x4" gray granite paver includes up to three lines for a donation of $65. A registration form is available here.

Donations of Supplies

Donations of supplies are welcome and can be dropped off at WIAR. Our most used items include:

Dog/Puppy and Cat/Kitten Food (Purina preferred but all welcome)
Cleaning Products (bleach, detergent, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags)
Cat Litter
Dog and Cat Toys
