Meet Oliver! Talk about a talkative cat, Oliver loves to be heard! He is a 4-year-old male orange and white tabby who weighs about 14lbs. There are two things Olivers loves more than talking and those are food and people. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his vaccines until later this summer.
